Happy Monday Jaderbugs! I hope y’all had a good weekend. Is it Friday yet, haha?
I am bursting with Christmas spirit these days…{was that believable}? But seriously, today is THE day the spirit is waking up from its nap. Get ready for unique posts every day all based on this magnificent holiday. In today’s post I wanted to give you a little bundle of joy. Yep that’s right today you are getting a whole collection of goodies. I have noticed a lot of pink’s and green’s this year so that is what cha getting today.

These are great for that Holiday party you are having, or for your personal happiness. I printed out one of each to use in my own decor.  Below each picture is a link to download the original PDF. I suggest doing this because the print comes out a little better. However if you don’t want to do that you can just right click and save or drag to your desktop. Then print.

First thing is this whimsical printable. I put this in a huge gold frame in our kitchen, it looks so fannn-cyyy.

You can save it to your desktop or get original PDF below.

Below is a fun printout on note paper so you can write your to-do list, a love letter, a note in your child’s lunch box or a grocery list on. I printed about 5 of these!

You can save it to your desktop or get original PDF below.

Last are some cute cupcake punch outs. I use a 2″ circle punch for these. If you don’t have a hand punch you can just use scissors. Trust me it works just as good. After you cut these you glue a toothpick on the pack and another one on the opposite side. When dry just pop it onto the top of a cupcake or cake.

Howdy Hoo Jaderbugs! I am super excited to share with you some super popular food posts from last years Holiday season. I can’t wait to show you the DIY projects I have been working on for this upcoming week because they are some great gift ideas also!

No.1

Today I will start off with this super moist delicious cake. Every time I make this my heart get’s excited. Did I mention that my family tears.it.up? Click HERE to see how I made the mini flag bunting for the cake.

The next thing I will show you are my famous red velvet cake balls. Me and seester made these last year for Christmas and let me just tell you we had a blast. The thing I love the most about these cake balls is that you can get your kids involved. If you decide to make them, make like 100 of them because the person eating all of them will never feel like they ate “ALL” of them.

{{haha}}

Now these yummy suckers will turn you into a
Popcorn Snatcher Monster.”
I am serious. When you finish making these and let them sit for about 15 minutes…they have this warm, chewy, sweet goodness to them. It’s actually quite delicate in your mouth. I love that you control how “PEPPERMINTY” you want it!

Sometimes we spend so much time looking for “special” recipes that we pass up the really SIMPLE (awesome) ones!
This recipe is the perfect recipe to WHIP up in a JIFFY.

Good Morning Jaderbugs!
Is it really Friday? Wait… It is Friday!

I posted a picture of this craft on Instagram last week and everyone was excited when they saw the GOLD glitter. I get excited when I see GOLD glitter.

I also get excited when I see gold glitter with a hint of light near it, don’t you? Today’s craft is super fun and will add that pop of holiday decor to any space. This is great for any occasion actually. What I love the most is you can spell out whatever you want!

You can MONOGRAM it!
Let’s get started.

Seriously, how cute is this? I wish I could show you how pretty they look when they are lit.

INGREDIENTS:

*Tall glass candles
( I got these from Walgreens. 2 for $5)
*Mod Podge
*Wooden Letter
(I got these at Hobby Lobby. They were around 50 cents)
*Gold glitter
*Brush
*Baker’s Twine

The first thing you will do is coat the letter with Mod Podge. I actually put one layer of glitter and now I am applying the second layer.

After you coat your letter with Mod Podge, sprinkle with your glitter.
*sprinkle

*sprinkle

Cut a piece of baker’s twine and gently wrap it around the letter (or number).

Once you wrap your twine around your letter then you will wrap your twine around the candle. BTW, I bought my candles without any sticker or wrap on it. It came clean and crisp just like the picture.

VOILA! Peace on my window seal, at night, while I eat Nutella on toast, and drink a Dr. Pepper, while watching RHWOA, then taking my chewy vitamins because I can’t swallow pills…. YEP.

P to the E to the ACE from my crib to yours.

Don’t forget to GLITTERBOMB something!

It’s time to do another  Live Hangout Today! I will be hosting, and Gina from The Shabby Creek Cottage and Karen from the Graphics Fairy-DIY will be joining us also, with 3 cute Handmade Ornament Projects! You can watch it live here at 11:00 AM PST / 2:00 PM EST! If you miss it live, you can still watch it here afterwards, although there may be a bit of a delay in between before it shows up again.

Hope to see everyone there!!!

Happy {Happy} hump day Jaderbugs! I absolutely could not wait to share this tutorial with you. I know everyone is scrambling around getting things prepared just perfectly for Christmas and if you are like me then you like to give homemade gifts. Boy {or girl} do I have the easiest homemade ornament you could ever make today. See below, these cutsie patootsie little snowmen {or women} with their furry hats on, bedazzled ear muffs and a happy smile? Wait, there is not smile…. BUT, I know they are smiling because wouldn’t you if you looked this cute..

Let’s get started.

INGREDIENTS:

*Glass Ornaments
*Glue Gun
*Twine
*Fixings
*Jewels
*Feather Boa

The first thing you will do is put a lil hot glue on the top of the ornament like I did below.

Carefully start wrapping your feather boa around the ornament. You can go as low or as high as you can with feather boa. This is meant to look like furry little hat.
{Surely not the kind of hat you would wear in Louisiana at this time, ahah}

You can see the eyes are just some little jewelry beads. The good thing is you can decorate your eyes in any way! You can put any bead, jewel or just draw it on. Wait did I mention paint? Yeah, you can paint too… (saying that with my shoulders back 🙂
I used large inexpensive jewels for the ears, this will represent the “ear muffs.”

It’s really that simple! How you think someone will feel getting this baby in a cute little box for Christmas!!!

I can’t believe it’s already December. I think like last week I went to Hobby Lobby and the Christmas decor was already 50% off. Do you think that is all a big gimik just to get us to buy things? They prolly pay so little for things that even selling it at 50% off they still come out way ahead. I don’t think I will ever understand that.

So last night we decided to finally put lights “outside” of the house. You know that thing where you constantly try to out do yourself each year. Wahhh Wahhh Wahhh. This year turned out to be an epic fail. I know what your thinking. How hard can it be to put up lil ole lights outside your house. Did I mention that I have those big “old” looking lights and when I plugged them in I realized one was burnt, so then I tried to screw it in more THEN I electrocuted myself and burnt the ENTIRE string? Oh yeah. That happened.

Let’s get off this subject because I have designed a super cute outfit that would look great on everyone. If you click on the picture it will make it much bigger. I also included the links below for you so you can purchase them strait from here! Gotta run Jaderbugs!
