First of all I got the December issue of Martha Stewart today! I totally squealed when I put it in my hands. Is that a problem? Who else on god’s green earth get’s so excited that they wanna go take a bath, get in cozy pj’s just to “prepare” for the opening of the magazine. ME. I know. Just go along with me and every one will be just fine!  Ohh Emm Geee! I am making sticky chicken right now and you should smell this stuff! Totally makes me want to eat the air. Everything in Louisiana is pretty much sticky so in case you have no idea what “STICKY CHICKEN” is… here is a recipe!

Just wanted to share some fun facts from the magazine with you! Ready?

 If one of your ornaments is missing a hook, use a length of floral wire to hang it. Wrap one end of the wire around the ornament’s loop and the other end around a tree branch!

With logs of premade dough in the freezer, you can have cookies ready to bake at a moment’s notice. When freezing, wrap it in parchment paper, and label with the type of dough and any baking instructions for a quick reference. Experiment with different flavors and add-ins for a variety of cookies that will last you through the season.

 I wanted to quickly share with you this product I just received because I am AMAZED by it. Then again anything bright, shiny, glittery and fun I am a fan. I have been trying a lot of Martha Stewart’s products lately and I must tell you that I am sorta waiting for failure. I just keep thinking something will not work right or some pigments won’t be wonderful. Maybe the glitters won’t be all that glittery on brown paper bags. NO. NONE OF THE ABOVE. I am telling you the truth!

 I love making things that are home made. I feel they have more warmth to them and that is what I like.

This product is wonderful because if your like me then you like to change things every once in a while. You will love this because you can design your stamp the way you want every single time. How amazing is that. You get three different font’s, 2 round stampers, 2 large rectangle stampers, 2 round rubber designs (shown below) and a pair of tweezers. Some of the small letters are too small for fingers! So beware! Don’t do like me and think that your better than the tweezers! All you will get is a human crawling around on their hands and knees for 40 minutes looking for a rubber letter the size of an eye booger! FUH REELZ! {{not a pretty sight}}

Jaderbugs! It’s Thursday and I am so wondering where the week went. I am also wondering when I will be able to see the my eyelids! I could not wait to do this craft. I actually have a feeling it will be one of my favorite ones! I LOVE glitter and as one person said about 10 years ago, “the only person who wears glitter is Jade”…. {{right}}! Ok, that was totally an inside joke. I have so many things going on right now that when I get overwhelmed I just laugh. That’s all I can do really. I am thankful that I have 2 hands to work with, 2 legs to get around with and a heart that keeps me going. What is there to complain about? I will be getting some really cool craft materials from Martha soon {like the next 2 days} so stay around so you can see these cool new things! I can’t wait to share with you how they work and so on.

I am ready to GLITTER it up!!!

I just used a little piece of wood, some tape, paint brush and mod podge…. OH and glitter.

I used Martha Stewart’s AWESOMELY AWESOME glitter. If I could imagine what “pixie dust” would be like this would be it.

I used the tape to make my crisp fine lines. Just put two pieces of tape by each other and you can make the space small or big. Whatever you like.

After I put my tape, I coated the space with Mod Podge then sprinkled glitter.

SEE!!! Look how awesome!!!! Make sure you let your lines dry before you put tape over it. Remember, you will eventually put tape on almost all of the lines if you want to coat the entire board.

Ohhhh Emmmmm Geee!!! I am in LOVE! Was gonna put this in my ETSY shop. Nope. It’s in my house shop. And I  am the buyer (teehehehe) I hope you enjoyed this craft jaderbugs!
