T-Shirt Bag

T-Shirt Bag

Happy Monday! I wonder if I am the only person in the world who sees Monday as a “fun-day”.  I can’t really list any reason why I think Monday is more fun than any other day but hey, it’s only 4 days away from the weekend! So, I guess it’s all how you look at it.  Due to something called LIFE I found it very difficult to get a craft done yesterday! I know, how could I disappoint all my jaderbugs like that! I promise I will make it all up to you one day, and I promise that it will be before the 100 days of Martha is over!

When I saw this craft I got super dooper excited! I am such a BAG freak it’s not even funny.
It’s not like I {{need}} more bags. Trust me, if you saw the variety of bags I have you would just stand in a awkward stance and shake your head back and forth… {bad thing is I am not sure how many times you would actually shake your head}. It’s kinda like that thing where you smell something bad and you KNOW it smells bad but you just have to smell it again. It’s like reassurance that it INDEED DOES SMELL BAD! That it’s not your mind playing tricks on ya or some sinus drip your smelling subconsciously. You would just shake your head over and over just to make sure SOMEONE sees how amazed your are by your “shake”… OK.  enough about being AMAZED!

This craft is REALLY affordable which is ALWAYS nice!!! So let’s get started! OH, and after I did this craft of course this “boring” brain just went to work overtime.  I am gonna post at a later date all the extra creations you can do with this awesome craft! Martha always knows how to get ya!
You could also use these for your groceries instead of using the plastic they give you.
very GREEN

p.s. all you will need is a sewing machine, some FABRIC shears ( i used pinking shears) and a bowl.
p.s. i used 2 different shirts just to show you a variety! ya know, this is a great way to “reuse” shirts that you LOVE but don’t wanna get rid of”
p.s. first thing you wanna do is flip the shirt inside out and sew the bottom part of it.
p.s.  i simply put a bowl down where your neck goes and just traced around the bowl with a pencil.  i only used half of the bowl.
p.s. next you want to cut over the line you just drew.
p.s. with the shirt still inside out you need to cut the sleeves off.
p.s. tadahhhhhhhh! how awesome are these babies. are you going through your shirts yet~~~
Sending you lot’s of T-Shirts cut up and made into bags,
jaderbomb

    Jade-
You know how I like bling bling and stuff…I would add type of studs, leather or just some crazy buttons around the handle. For instance, you could tie a piece of ribbon, leather or whatever around each handle…let them hang down as long as you want and attach beads, buttons or whatever suits your taste. Dress your bag up. Love the P-WAT? bag!!
