Happy Sunday! I have been crafting away lately and I realized I didn’t post anything since Friday! What’s wrong with me! I think I am loosing it (hahahah).

I absolutely love the craft I am posting today. I posted  a “hint” on facebook & twitter, and everyone was exited about it. Wanna know what the hint was? {{matches}}.

I don’t know about you but I LOVE using matches instead of those long donky lighters. Don’t get me wrong, when I need to light something that’s impossible to do with a little match I am happy I have a long donky lighter! Speaking of flames, remember my post I did the other day?

How to cut glass

Well. I am totally STOKED because in 4 days it has gotten over 74K views! WHAT! I know. I am just as excited as you! I think we can top this with this baby! But I need your help Jaderbugs! Let’s get started because today’s a big day! It’s Father’s Day, so Happy Father’s Day to all your “Faja’s” out there. Especially “happy” day to my {faja} and {faja-n-law}.  Yes, you MUST say Faaa-Juhhhhhhh like this! (hahahah)

Seriously. How.cute.is.this.

You will need a few things to make this!

INGREDIENTS:

I love using Mod Podge! Do you?

You know I am a HUGE fan of Martha Stewart products! ESPECIALLY her crafting tools! I am using her scissors, paint brush and glue gun today.

 I love, love, love MOD PODGE. It literally can go on top of ANYTHING and work! Check out my friends website MOD PODGE ROCKS!  Her book just came out it’s called Mod Podge Rocks! Stay tuned I will soon be doing a review and givewaye!!!

How practical is this little crafty-roo!!

I hope you enjoyed this craft because it really is a “practical” thing to do. You know they come in those boxes and if you accidentally leave it outside the box get’s all soggy and soft. Then you can’t light a match because the matches all soggy and soft. This should eliminate most of that problem! And don’t worry, if you are wanting to do this for a “DUDE” just don’t bedazzle the top and make it in a color a “DUDE” would like. {{or if you are a DUDETTE who doesn’t like bedazzled things}}

You can find me in these spots too!!!! {{down below}}

If you are planning a Valentines surprise for your love one’s tonight well you still have time to make this! It is cheap and super easy.
If you want to decorate that steak you are cooking, “stake” it in that meat!! {{hahaha}}

Ingredients you will need are:

* Skewers which I bought from walmart and pom poms from Hobby Lobby. The name brand I bought is called “tree house studio”.

They come with 18 pom poms that are cute and shiny.

The bakers twine I used is from Martha Stewart’s line at Michael’s Arts and Crafts.

First thing you want to do is add some hot glue to your pom pom. I am using a dual temperature hot glue gun from Martha Stewart’s line of crafts.

After you add your hot glue to the pom pom you want to immediately put your bamboo skewer into it. I broke my skewers to make them a lot shorter!

When you are done tie a little piece of bakers twine to the skewer and voila! Your little nugget of food decor…

I wonder if anyone will really stick this into meat! HAHA

Sending you lot’s of steak love for your nice night,

This post is brought to you Plaid’s Martha Stewart line. I received product for this post. All opinions expressed are 100% mine. You can check out Plaid’s fullMartha Stewart product line here.

Martha Stewart Countdown #62 Rope Coasters

 Totally another day that is going by SOOOO fast!! I hope everyone’s day is going FABULOUS!!!!

If your looking for the best gift to give someone or if you want to make something for yourself then these coasters will do the trick. Suggesting the casual atmosphere of the seaside with their cheerful hues and nautically inspired coils of cotton rope. Since they are inexpensive and easy to make, you can have plenty of them on hand to put alongside all of the  drinks that you’ll soon be serving. I think what is great about twine is that you can use it for ANY holiday! This is something I have on hand ALL OF THE TIME!

Grab some good ole twine!

and some good ole Martha Stewart paint…

Take the end of the twine and place a pin in it (into cardboard). This is secure it in place.

It should start coming together!

Tadahhh.. For some reason this picture does not look at good as it does in person. I think it was the glitter reflecting the wrong way! What cha think.. I think we should blame it on the glitter!!

Sending you glitter that does NOT reflect in pictures, your jaderbomb

Martha Stewart Countdown #56 Twine Dispenser

If you ever found twine, rope, string or yarn scattered all over the place then you NEED to see this craft!!! I have so much twine all over my studio it’s CUH-RAZY!! The best part is you can make them any size! SO MUCH FUN!

You will need: wire, needle nose pliers and whatever your filling these babies with!

You want to start by cutting a piece of wire (about 18″). You will cut 2 pieces. If you want you can use a smaller or larger piece depending on how much twine you are putting inside. Curl one end of the wire.

Keep curling…

Till you get a big ole coil!

When you are done curling you want to push OUT the inside.

Then put your twine inside. Now is the time to get your second piece and repeat the steps. When you are done put it on the other end and it will enclose the twine.

This is what you will get! HOW AWESOME! I hung it up in my kitchen so it is ALWAYS available to me!

Now I am really going to bed, jaderbomb
