Good day my little jaderbugs~!!!!
It is Sunday and I am super duper excited!!! I have had a great week and I have alot of crafts coming up that you will LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Fa Reel!!!
Can you believe WOMAN’S DAY magazine LIKED this craft on Pinterest!!! Check it our here!
This craft is SUPER fun and SURE to catch anyone’s eye!
For the warp, cut 1-inch-wide loops from the bodies of one or two tees removing the hem and stopping at the sleeves.
You’ll need a total of 11 loops (to start off with). For the weft, cut at least 50 loops from the remaining shirts. Save the unused sleeves for the basket project.
-Stretch one warp loop over the hula hoop, as shown above in the second picture. Add and secure a second loop, perpendicular to the first (above, third picture).  Repeat, filling in the spaces, until all 11 loops are in place (above, fourth picture)
-Push together two warp loops at the top of the hula hoop. This creates an odd number (10) of warp spokes in your wheel, which allows the over-under pattern of the weft to alternate with each new row.
-Now that you have 10 loops grab an extra t-shirt loop wrap it around the double spoke and loop it back through itself. Begin weaving the t-shirt loop over and under the warp spokes, forming a tight spiral.
Treat both parts of each warp spoke as a single unit, weaving over or under the two together. As you work, push the weft material (t-shirt) loop toward the center of the hoop and keep it just snug. If you pull the weft tight, the rug will develop lumps or bends. When you reach the end of the piece of weft, add a new loop by threading it through the end of the first and back through itself.
Keep repeating this process till you are happy with the size.
It might take a little practice until you get comfortable with it.
Remember, in order to get this “cone” shape you will need to make it tight. So when you are weaving over and under your original 10 loops make sure it’s snug as a bug.
It’s really more important that you make it snug when you first start till about halfway. When you are about halfway through it start making it looser and looser. This will form our SHAPE.
When you are done you will ut the warp spokes off the hoop one at a time and then tie them into a know. This will prevent out cover from unraveling. GOOD LUCK!!!

DIY: Animal Covered Books

I am so excited about this post. I bought this duck tape a LONG time ago but never really found anything to use it on! Remember me posting it here? I fell in love when I saw it on the shelf. It was just sitting there begging me to take it home, so I did. Ashy just shook her head and laughed because I fall for all of these types of things. Boy am I glad I picked that baby up because look at what I did with it! Totally makes me want to buy tons and tons of more decorative duck tape. It’s endless Jaderbugs. What would you do with duck tape like this?
Are you ready to see this tutorial! I know I am ready to show ya!
Are you in love with this pretty little roll yet? I fall totally in love each time I look at it. Now with this craft I can see it EVERYDAY!
Ashy bought me this one for Christmas and I LOVE it!
Grab some ole books that you don’t really care to destroy… (not really but ya know what I mean)
Tear off a piece of duck tape and place it on the edge of the book just like the picture above.
After you do this across the entire top of book you will have tape hanging off of the edge. Lightly fold each piece of duck tape over to the inside of the book.
Once you do the entire book it will look like this.
Can you believe your eyes! Some things you can do with these dressy books:
1. Put by your bed with a cute candle on top
2. Stack a couple on your book shelf to “spice” it up
3. But 3 or 4 stacked by each other to fill an empty space
4. Buy someone special a book and give it to them all wrapped cute like this
See! You can do so much! If you have not checked out ALL of the designs today is the day you should! Click HERE to see them!
Happy that my books are happy,

DIY: Nail Polish Decorations

HIIIIIII all my Jaderbugs!!!! Can you believe it’s 6 days till CHRISTMAS! I wish Santa had a cellphone so I could call him and ask him if he can push Christmas back a week. Shoot’s, I wonder if he would. I mean, I have been a GREAT girl this year..I think he would fulfill my request. Although he might just ask me to help him make toys in return. Ok. I’m good with 6 days.

I saw a nail tutorial on making nails using this technique and I though it would be really cool if we could make ornaments using the same technique. I’m happy and not happy with the way they turned out! I wished I would have used a bigger cup so it would of coated the mug just a littttte bit more. In the end, they came out so CUTE!

When you are doing this craft you sorta feel like a magician because the nail polish just STICKS to the glass immediately.

Get a mug just a little bit bigger than whatever you will be sticking in it.

Get your ornament ( I just used a glass one that was already on my tree) HaHa

Get your nail polish out. I tried SOOOO many different name brands but ORLY works the BEST for this craft. Revlon is my 2nd favorite.

Drop a little bit of nail polish into the water, this is what it will do.

Drop different colors of nail polish into the water.

Then dip your glass ball into the mug. You don’t have to press too hard because as soon as the glass touches the nail paint it will stick SO QUICKLY! It’s bloody amazing!

Check out this design!

See! So pretty!!!!!

I grabbed some of my Martha Stewart tinsel glitter and shook some inside of the ornaments.

You have to be in love as much as I am in love with these babies! You better get dozens of glass ornaments because this craft is absolutely addicting!!!
